Hi Hoof & Spoke:

In our neck of the woods (the Pacific NW) people usually DO NOT put
stamp pads in their letterboxes. But you may do as you wish. The East
Coast 'boxers seem to do it. Out here where it tends to be moist,
putting an ink pad in might be a bad idea. Seems like it might end up a
waste of money and could become a big inky mess. Just my two cents
worth!
